Corrado stock spoiler

 

 

One of the neat things on a Corrado that you rarely see on cars anymore (specially affordable ones) is Active Aerodynamics.  Here are some pictures of the rear spoiler in the raised and lowered positions.  From a stop the spoiler will be down, till you hit 45mph when it will raise.  Once raised, it will stay raised till the car slows down to 12mph.  Not sure what the downforce is actually, but I recall someone saying 55lbs of downforce.  There is also a switch on the bottom of the dash that allows you to manually raise and lower the spoiler...good for confusing people in traffic.
